Hope Harvey
Office Manager/Veterinary Technician
Hi, my name is Hope, I am a office manager and veterinary technician here at the hospital. I grew up in a small country town, working in animal care fields starting from a young age. I am always surrounded by wildlife, living within a forest, and grew up with Rottweilers and fish in our family home; love for animals has never been hard for me. I always wanted to incorporate animals within my adult life as well, and to continue my growth and knowledge by providing the best quality care to all animals in any way I can. In the open spots of my busy schedule, I paint animals and landscapes for my online gallery, pursuing more creative endeavors.

Ally Pentz
Head Veterinary Technician
Hey, my name is Ally! I currently work as a veterinary technician here at Vista Park Animal Hospital and have been employed at the clinic since July 2021. I'm a graduate from the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelors of Arts. I am currently a student member of the Ontario Association of Veterinary Technicians (OAVT) and am also enrolled at Thompson Rivers University in the Veterinary Technology program, to pursue further education and my passion in the veterinary field.
For my entire life, I've grown up around animals; many being my own pets, including dogs, cats, guinea pigs, birds , rats, fish, and a hermit crab! I also volunteer at a rescued farmed animal sanctuary, where I was previously employed as the full time on-site caregiver, until starting my career at Vista Park Animal Hospital, as I had a desire to develop and enhance my animal care skills in a focused and professional environment that is designed to serve my community. I've always wanted to work in a veterinary clinic where I have the opportunity to build on my experience and expertise giving back to animals. Being a pet owner, I understand how special our fur babies are and the importance of giving them the best care possible throughout their lives.

Avery Jones
Veterinary Technician
Hey! My name is Avery and I work as a Veterinary technician at VPAH. I started working here in August of 2022 after graduating from the Animal Care program at Durham College. I grew up with 2 cats, fish, adopted 2 dogs in 2018, and recently adopted a puppy! I've always loved animals and knew I wanted to work with them from a very young age. Since I've been around animals for as long as I can remember, I have learned the importance of treating every pet I meet as my own. In my free time I enjoy playing with my dogs, watching Netflix, and going up North to my cottage in the summer. I hope to continue learning about animal care to improve my skills and advance in the Veterinary field.
